Our latest news.
Please note:
1. Matins, Carols and the Solemn High Mass tomorrow night will take place at English Martyrs, not at St Walburge’s.
2. During the week Mass will only be at 10am at St. Walburge’s. No Mass at English Martyrs.

Vigil of Christmas 2017

Please note in particular this week:
1. Confessions on Saturday afternoon 2-5pm at SW.
2. Sunday 24th December: Carols and Solemn High Mass at 10pm at English Martyrs’ (not at St Walburge’s.)

3rd Sunday of Advent 2017

Please note in particular:
1. The Solemn Novena continues this week Monday – Thursday at 6pm. On Thursday evening we will welcome the Rt. Rev Michael Campbell,  Bishop of Lancaster.
2. 8th December: Sung Mass at 7pm at English Martyrs
3. 9th December: Retreat Day at English Martyrs 10am – 4pm. No Mass at St Walburge’s in consequence.

Note the Novena to the Immaculate Conception which starts on Wednesday. We will welcome a different preacher each evening at 6pm (except Saturday 2nd when it is a 5pm). Sermon, Novena Prayer, singing of the ‘Tota Pulchra Es’ and Benediction.

Note also that on Christmas Eve Carols and Solemn High Mass will be at English Martyrs’ at 10pm.
