1. The Solemn Novena continues this week Monday – Thursday at 6pm. On Thursday evening we will welcome the Rt. Rev Michael Campbell, Bishop of Lancaster.
2. 8th December: Sung Mass at 7pm at English Martyrs
3. 9th December: Retreat Day at English Martyrs 10am – 4pm. No Mass at St Walburge’s in consequence.

Note the Novena to the Immaculate Conception which starts on Wednesday. We will welcome a different preacher each evening at 6pm (except Saturday 2nd when it is a 5pm). Sermon, Novena Prayer, singing of the ‘Tota Pulchra Es’ and Benediction.
Note also that on Christmas Eve Carols and Solemn High Mass will be at English Martyrs’ at 10pm.

Sunday 3rd September: 8.30am: Mass at St Mary Magdalen, Penwortham
10.30am: Sung Mass at St Walburge’s (Confessions before at 10)
5.30: Vespers, Rosary & Benediction.
