Please find attached the newsletter for the Sunday after Ascension 2016

Please note that there was an error in the printed version distributed yesterday at Mass: there is NOT a 7 pm Mass on Thursday the 12th of May (Masses at 8.30 am and 12 noon).

Seats are still available on the coach for the March for Life next Saturday. If you leave anywhere near Preston or Lancaster you are strongly encouraged to sign up for a spot on the coach.

NEWSLETTER FOR ST WALBURGE’S DAY

Dear Friends,

Please find attached the bulletin for 5th Sunday after Easter 2016 /St Walburge’s Day

Just a reminder that we have our church festival TODAY, May 1st, at 10.30 am. We hope to see of many of you and your friends there as possible. Our guests the Saint Philip Neri singers will be singing Haydn’s “Little Organ Mass” as well as motets by Franck, Victoria and Aichinger.

After Mass, you will have the opportunity to venerate a phial containing oil from Saint Walburge’s tomb.

Many thanks to the volunteers who have prepared refreshments and stalls for the reception afterwards. Please pray for good weather!
