Thank you to all those who came near and far to celebrate the feast of Our Lady’s Assumption, a feast traditionally known in this country by the lovely name of Lady-Day-in-Harvest, with the customary blessing of herbs and fruit. Thanks especially to the singers and servers, the organist and those who prepared the flowers and the social.

A reminder: this Sunday 19th July Canon Fenoll will be celebrating his First High Mass at 10.30 am. We have the joy to be joined for the occasion by the Rt Rev’d Michael Campbell, Bishop of Lancaster.
