Restoration of the roof of the nave & the upper part of the walls, severely damaged by the rain-water leaks.

15th October: internal repairs to the walls of the nave

5th September: Outside works: repointing the brickwork, restoration of the gutters – inside works: repairs to the reinforced concrete, plastering, new toilet at the entrance of church

28th August: Outside works: repairs & insulation of the barrel roof, restoration of the gutters – inside works: repairs to the reinforced concrete, new toilet at the entrance of church

13th August: Outside works: repairs & insulation of the barrel roof above the porch, restoration of the gutters – inside works: repairs to the reinforced concrete, plastering, new toilet at the entrance of church

4th August: Outside works – repairs & insulation of the barrel roof above the porch, repointing the brickwork

23rd July: Outside works – repairs & insulation of the barrel roof, repointing the brickwork

15th July: Outside works – repairs & insulation of the barrel roof, repointing the brickwork, repairs of the gutters from 1933

1st July: Ongoing works – Damages to the walls & ceiling – brickworks

25th June: Scaffolding are now completed

17th June: Visit of Steve Foulkes, Mayor of Wirral & Canon Philip Moor, Vicar General for the Diocese of Shrewsbury

12th June: Scaffoldings are going up outside & inside

11th June: Scaffoldings are going up outside & inside – Close views of the damages to the walls

9th June: Scaffoldings are going up outside & inside – Close views of the damages to the walls

5th June: Scaffoldings are going up outside
